Detailed Product Description
Coaxial heat exchanger could be made from stainless steel, titanium, and copper nickel alloy for the application in medical processing machinery, food processing machinery, marine water heat exchanging, chemical processing machine and other special industries. And it could be made from other metals according to customer's requirements.
The coaxial heat exchanger can meet the refrigerant R12R22R407CR410a and so on. The design is according to the standard ARI450-79.
Application
A. Condenser
The application in condenser concern temperature difference TDcondensing temperatureCT
Entering water temperature EWT. Generally, the design is on the basis of 2.4gpm0.55m3/h/ cooling ton, temperature difference 200F(93), that mean the CT=105F41, EWT=85F29.4.
B. Water source heat pump
Heat exchanger reduced pressure drop, increased water turbulent mixing, inhibited the solid formation of liquids and increased the heat transferring rate when it is applied in water source heat pumps, it is on the basis of EWT=70F21.1and the flow rate is 2.4gpm per cooling ton.
C. Water Chiller
EWT=12 and the flow rate is 2.4gpm per cooling ton. Being the WET is low, and the heat exchanging volume is less than the specific one.
D. Water condenser
Inner cooper tube use rib heat exchanger, which has a lower cost compared to other specialized heat exchanger tubing.
E. Medical or food processing
We can supply the connector for the multi-chiller or multi heat exchanger.
